Accounts Receivable Manager
Locations: In Office, Suwanee, GA
Compensation: Salary
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm

Job Description:
The Accounts Receivable (AR) Manager is responsible for overseeing the accounts receivable function, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing, collections, and cash application. This role manages AR staff, maintains strong internal controls, and works cross-functionally to optimize cash flow while maintaining positive customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all accounts receivable activities, including billing, collections, cash application, and reconciliations
- Supervise, train, and evaluate accounts receivable staff
- Ensure accurate and timely invoicing in accordance with company policies and customer agreements
- Monitor aging reports and proactively manage past-due accounts
- Develop and implement collection strategies to reduce DSO (Days Sales Outstanding)
- Resolve billing discrepancies and customer payment issues
- Maintain and enforce credit and collection policies
- Prepare AR reports, metrics, and analysis for management
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and audit requirements
- Collaborate with sales, customer service, and accounting teams to resolve issues impacting receivables
- Assist with month-end and year-end close activities
- Support system improvements and process automation initiatives

Residential Security System Installation and Service Technician
Job Description:
Local Security Company owned by Jackson EMC, Walton EMC and Greystone Power, three of the nation’s largest electric utility EMC companies, is seeking qualified and experienced installation and service technicians to serve the customers of EMC Security.
Requirements(Skills):
- 3 years field experience installing and servicing security, fire andother related systems for residential application
- Experience with major brands of GE Security, Ademco and DSC
- Experience installing both hard-wired and wireless systems.Must be familiar with construction principles and how to effectively install hard-wired systems in both new and existing homes.
- Must be able to demonstrate efficient use of tools of retrofit installation such fish tape, glow-rods, levels,sheetrock saws, etc.
- Must have experience trouble-shooting existing systems isolating and repairing systems.
- Must be able to use effectively voltage/ohm meters to install andtrouble-shoot
- Must be able to work in confined areas such as crawlspaces and attics
- Must be able to be on-call several times a year to handle after hours and service calls. Flat on- call base pay plus any hourly paid for time spent on call responding to customers

Director of Sales
Position Summary
The Director of Sales is responsible for driving sustainable revenue growth across the company’s Commercial/Industrial and Residential/Small Business divisions. This executive leader sets the growth strategy, builds and leads high-performing sales teams, develops strategic partnerships, and expands market share while ensuring alignment with operational capacity and long-term profitability.
The ideal candidate brings a deep understanding of the electronic security industry, strong leadership presence, and a proven track record of leading sales organizations that operate in multiple customer segments.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Growth & Revenue Generation
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy across Commercial/Industrial and Residential/Small Business divisions
- Own top-line revenue growth, new customer acquisition, and expansion within existing account base
- Identify and prioritize new markets, verticals, and service offerings within the electronic security space
- Align growth initiatives with company objectives and operational capacity
Sales Organization Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and scale sales teams across both divisions
- Establish sales structure, territories, quotas, and compensation plans
- Drive a performance-based culture with clear KPIs and accountability
- Recruit, develop, and retain top sales talent
Commercial / Industrial Business Development
- Drive large-scale project and service sales (access control, video, intrusion, fire, integrated platforms) withing operational capabilities

- Oversee product selection, complex deal strategy, pricing, and negotiations
- Support RFPs, bids, and enterprise or multi-site accounts
Residential / Small Business Growth

Partnerships & Market Presence
