The technician did a great job in installing our updated system.  However, I was in another room and I told him to contact me either by phone or come in the room that I was in.  The glass break device was to be installed in the sunroom, he screwed it on the wall right above where I had up lights. He wasn’t aware there were uplights, he should have asked me where to put it. He had to move it to the other wall. Hopefully next time before he screws in a device in a wall somewhere he should ask the customer where they want it.

But for the five business days it took to make an appointment happen, EMC security could not have done a better job. The technician, Wayne was polite, thoughtful, and extremely knowledgeable. Willing to listen carefully to the problem/complaint which led to a timely and desirable outcome. The fix was done without any cost and the service was outstanding.
